Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

Customers may return eligible items by mail. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ironcladspareparts.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

We offer free return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
